Bold and different, so is the blue wine Pasion Blue, coming from Chardonnay grapes, fruity, aromatic and fresh. Pasion Blue wine is the result of a special elaboration where we look for a fruity result, starting from the Chardonnay grape variety. Pasion Blue stands out, not only for its aromatic freshness, but also for its beautiful blue color: our blue wine gets its color by a complicated process of natural treatment with anthocyanins, natural pigments present in the skin of the grape. The result in the mouth is balanced taste, with a slight sweet taste that makes it harmonious in its tasting, is daring, different and unique.
